You may want to start out a little early. The traffic in Westchester on Lincoln Blvd. has been atrocious lately. I haven't checked lately, because it was so bad during the holidays that I found another route and have been using it exclusively. The streets seem to be mostly finished now, but it may still be backed up on Monday since it is rush hour!
